Big Blue For Biz Workers, Contractors and Families

Built in 1905. This home is unique, comfortable and convenient. It is in the middle of Mt. Vernon one block from CVS. There is a full kitchen with all the cooking equipment you need. A large dining room table and two showers (we plan to remodel those when the place is not booked but they work just fine). My Late husband did a remodel back in 2002 so some things are old school. LOL The house is close to all industry locations as well as the great Point Township Hunting area. The space The home has one bedroom downstairs that has a private bathroom including a bathtub. You will enter the house from the side access and that is your office area. From there the home is open, which is idea for for multiple workers. The living room flows to the dining room which flows to the kitchen and then out the backdoor to the backyard. If you go upstairs there are three additional bedrooms (one to the left and one to the right and one in the middle common area (so that area is not private but has a futon bed in it). The living room has a TV with all the Streaming Apps on it. There is also an additional smaller TV upstairs. You can log into whatever your favorite app is for your shows. Spectrum provides the Internet service. . The kitchen has plenty of dishes and cookware so that you can actually stay in a cook a meal if you feel like you do not want to go out to yet another restaurant to eat. There is a gas grill in the fenced back yard along with some sitting chairs and an outdoor patio. We will not offer daily cleaning service if your stay is more than one night but can change the bedding upon request. If your stay is 7 days or more than we can come in and do a clean-up. The trash service comes on Monday and the new Rolling Blue trash bin is on the side of the house by the front entry. The half bath off of the kitchen also has a washer and dryer for your convenience. I have put kids and adult books in the upstairs library area as well as a collection of kid's movies for the family. There is a fireplace that can be used if you are interested in having one in the evening. The home was built around 1904 and has some beautiful built in cabinetry. It is time to redo the bathrooms but they are functional and we can't seem to get to the work because Big Blue is constantly booked. If you simply do not want to stay in a hotel room then the price is reasonable for four or five guys with some space. Guest access They will have access to the main house and the back yard. The garage will be off-limit spaces. Other things to note Guests should park on the side or in front of the home. There is a pole barn across the street and that is where my neighbors store things so there drive area should be kept clear.
