There is a private entrance for your stay along with dedicated parking. This unit has two bedrooms and one full bathroom. Each bedroom includes a queen bed with one television in the common area. We also provide a Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen for our coffee enthusiasts! No worries as we will provide you coffee pods as well. The home is in a very eclectic, artistic community right in the heart of Memphis! Guest access You will only have access to your unit and designated parking area. Prior to your arrival, check-in instructions will be sent out to provide you with more in-depth details. The backyard is also fully fenced, but will be shared with the other unit. Other things to note There are security cameras on the exterior of the property monitored by our employees and recording events 24/7. The property is also protected by WYND Sentry devices which detects the use of recreational smoke and excessive noise within the space. Recreational smoke and additional guests over the approved guest count will result in a fine, extra cleaning fees, and immediate termination of the reservation.
