The space A charming house, located between Aix-en-Provence and Marseille, in the heart of the pine hills. Designed as a haven of peace, this property is warm, family-friendly and elegantly furnished to meet the needs of guests. Upon arrival, you will be seduced by the natural light that bathes the living rooms thanks to large bay windows opening onto the garden. The spacious living room and dining room are the heart of the house: an ideal space to share moments with family or friends in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen offers you all the comforts you need to prepare good meals: large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, induction stove, plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, basic condiments... nothing is missing. A laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as cleaning equipment is also available. The house has 4 very spacious bedrooms (minimum 20 m²), all equipped with quality bedding (2 queen size beds and 2 double beds), wardrobes with hangers, and carefully decorated. Two of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom (one upstairs, the other on the ground floor). A third bathroom serves the other two bedrooms on the floor. Separate toilets are available on each level. To enhance your stay, the house offers a selection of board games (chess, cards, backgammon, awale...), outdoor games (ball, beach rackets, Mölkky...), as well as a beautiful library filled with novels and comics. Outside, the garden invites you to relax: the wooden terrace with shaded pergola, a large table for alfresco dining, olive trees and acacias for a cool and natural welcome shade, not to mention the south-facing swimming pool, ideal for enjoying the sun all day. Deckchairs and hammock are also available for absolute comfort. Finally, the air conditioning of the bedrooms upstairs will ensure a pleasant temperature throughout the house (3 bedrooms out of 4, the one downstairs is not air-conditioned, the bottom being naturally cooler). Whether you're here to rest, explore the region, discover the beaches or the Provençal markets, this house is the perfect place to experience the sweetness of Provence, in complete serenity. Welcome to our home sweet home! Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, garden and pool. Nothing is shared: you are at home, in a quiet and private setting. The house is equipped to offer optimal comfort throughout your stay. Other things to note Access to the house is via an unpaved country road, but nevertheless passable and widely used every day by many residents. You can park several cars in front of the house, in addition to the sheltered garage that allows you to park 2 vehicles. The concrete track that connects the path to the house over 30 m is on a slightly steep slope, which can be surprising when you are not used to it, but you get used to it very quickly, rest assured.
