Our stylish and spacious condo is located in the heart of downtown Bellevue! It is only 2.5 blocks away from Bellevue Square, Lincoln Square, and Hyatt Regency Hotel. You can walk to everywhere for shopping, restaurants, cafes, Bellevue Downtown Park, Bellevue Transit Center and many more. Also, condo has park-like surroundings which is quiet and peaceful. Enjoy "Clean and Convenient Condo in Downtown Bellevue!". The space Condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is about 1100 sq ft and fully furnished with modern furniture. One parking is reserved for guests. There is plenty of extra guest parking around the complex if needed. The condo is professionally cleaned to ensure quality stay for our guests. Please note, "NO" shoes, pets, smoking, parties or events. Our home is located on the second floor. You must climb stairs. Master Bedroom: This larger room features two single beds, dresser, coat rack, sofa and large mirror. There is a full bathroom. Please note, the closet is closed off for housekeeping. Guest Bedroom: The second bedroom features one queen bed. The second full bathroom is just across the room. Main Living Area: The main living area features a couch and floor mattresses for additional sleep arrangement, coffee table, and 55" TV with Roku. Kitchen: The kitchen features a dining table, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee machine and electric kettle. Kitchen amenities are available for use. Laundry: There is a full-size washer and dryer in the unit. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are available. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the condo as seen in the photos. The luggage storage is offered for the convenience of our guests. You can leave your luggage in the storage before check-in and after check-out. Other things to note We will send our guests the house information packet which include the details prior to arrival.
