This lovely new built holiday home is a great base for a short break or a longer holiday, whilst exploring some beautiful lovely beaches and exquisite coastal walks and views.Award winning beach(Woolacombe Sands), is only a short five minutes drive away. Directly from your doorstep, you set foot on a coastal path which takes to Lee bay, Woolacombe. We will consider allowing pets. Guests can use their balcony, also they can walk on to our fields of 20 acres, straight from their front door. This lovely coastal walk can take them to Ilfracombe or Lee bay and Woolacombe. Well behaved dogs will be considered, but please contact the host first to discuss suitability and cost. Our cottages are 5 minutes from Ilfracombe, 7 minutes from Woolacombe, 20 mins from Croyde and Exmoor and Barnstaple. Next door there is our 2 bed holiday cottage, discounts on 2 person occupancy are sometimes available in this property. Please contact the hosts to discuss. Other things to note NOTE.. We have reviewed our cancellation policy due to the current Covid 19 situation. Guests will now get a full refund if they cancel within 24hrs of check in. This is to allow for the Govs using localised lockdowns throughout the country and will give our potential guests peace of mind. Our cottage is located in a beautiful countryside. It’s quiet and relaxing here. Perfect place for lovely walks or bike riding and amazing beaches!! We do accept well behaved dogs.
