Guest access The guests have access to the house and two double bedrooms, as well as it's amenities during their stay. Other things to note The neighbourhood is fantastic. The Bo Kaap is one of the safest areas in Cape Town but please be streetwise! Rather take an Uber or a taxi at night. NB: The whole of South Africa currently experiences “load shedding” at various times of the day & night. During load shedding, there is no power for 2-3 hrs at a time. This may affect use of ATMs, fuel filing stations and some commercial outlets. It’s therefore worth downloading the EskomSePush app so that you can be aware what times load shedding in your area will apply. This helps you plan your activities. The Pink Lady does have a limited “Alternative Power Supply” (inverter) so that you can still charge your devices and watch television.
