Not your ordinary cookie cutter home- all the homes in the neighborhood are different which makes for a great evening stroll! Wood floors, high ceilings and original fixtures mix with modern conveniences. The bedroom features a queen sized bed with brand new mattress and pillows, closet with iron and ironing board and is the larger of the two rooms I rent. It faces the brick tree lined street. The room is perfect for two people. If you are traveling with friends or family I do have a second room available.. look for "Charmer in Historic Country Club;" Guests have access to a beautiful room with queen bed, shared bathroom and fully stocked kitchen, living and dining room. The patio is a peaceful place to start and end the day, overlooking a park like yard with gazebo and fire pit. Parking is available on the street. I'll interact as much as I can. I am a gigging musician and own a catering business as well so you might find the place to yourselves on weekends when I am out playing or catering. I've entertained some guests with wine on the patio and others I never see :) I am located in the heart of the historic Country Club neighborhood filled with old homes and boulevard streets. Large trees and unique architecture makes this a great place to stay. Less than 10 minutes from downtown, it's an ideal location. My listing is the closest safest neighborhood to downtown. There is a bus stop just 5 blocks away. Downtown is just 7 minutes away. I recommend Uber and Lyft for private transportation. You'll have full access to the home with the exception of my bedroom and first floor sunroom/office and basement. Relax in the living room with a nice fire or take a walk to Antelope Park- just blocks away. I am a musician so you'll notice lots of guitars and you just might hear me playing :)• Towels and Linens: Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products.. I will wash all laundry. Unsalvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. Use the black bleach resistant towels in the bathroom if you need to remove makeup or use any product that will damage/stain towels and pillowcases. Long Term Renters: I offer a long term discount automatically calculated by airbnb. Please do not contact me for additional discounts. Long term renters have access to the washer and dryer. Provide your own detergent please. No guests are allowed on the property without my prior permission. Entertaining/parties are not allowed unless worked out in advance with Jeff and I. I will change out towels and sheets weekly for you and will provide a laundry basket for you to place soiled linens in for me to clean. I will maintain all of the common areas of the house. Please clean any messes you make and keep the kitchen neat and orderly for the next person. Dishes can be hand washed or placed in the dishwasher and counters must be kept clear of clutter and food.
