In the Heart of Airlie Beach - Private Guest Suite

Centrally located, our cool, large & comfortable guest suite has separate, external entry from our house, WiFi, Netflix, bathroom, laundry & kitchenette which are private. In Airlie Beach with no hills to climb, it's a short, flat stroll to the lagoon, beaches, bars, cafe's, restaurants, shops, Woolworths, bush walks, Port, & our beautiful Boardwalk, which meanders to picturesque Coral Sea Marina where you'll find the best restaurants, more bars with breathtaking views of the Whitsunday Islands. The space A big attraction is the location! - Right in the middle of Airlie Beach, not in an outer suburb. It's private, light, modern, with everything one needs on a holiday. The room and bathroom are spacious with top quality comfort. There is a kitchenette -fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster. 1 queen bed and 1 single trundle bed for a third guest. (If requested the trundle bed can be set up for only 2 guests, however this has an addition fee of $50 - the fee is already included if booking for 3 guests) Washing machine, iron and clothes airer. The suite allows privacy, also with own private entry, it is on the lower level, adjoined to the house, so if you need info we are right upstairs., otherwise likely close by. You are able to come and go as you please without the worry of disturbing anyone. Guest access Guests will have secure, external entry to the downstairs guest suite which includes the guest room, kitchenette and bathroom. The bathroom/laundry has a shower, toilet, basin, towels, amenities, hairdryer, iron, airer and washing machine. There is also a large wardrobe to hang your clothes. Guests have sole, private access to the entire suite and will be provided with a key for convenience and security. Other things to note Parking is free on the front nature strip (large grassy area) at the front of the house. Please don’t park in the driveway as it may block us in. We often have a large blue Amorak Ute parked in the driveway which is near your front door.
