A luxury modern apartment, located in a calm and secured neighborhood. 10 mn away from the airport , the flat is well located in La Marsa , 5 mn from the touristic area . 1 mn walk away from the largest Tunisian center « Carrefour La marsa » , and 5 mn from the trendiest mall « Tunisia Mall » in Lac 2. The access to the highway is very simple , therefore any need for a taxi is very easy. All business center are very close : 5mn from lac 2 , 8mn from lac 1 , 15 mn from Tunis downtown by car. The space Very calm flat , no noise surrounded , clear vision , no neighbors in front of the balcony. Everything is set up for a good stay : Smart TV, AC, WIFI, great view, a modern space and a good vibe in the apartment. P.S : The AC is working fine ( only bedroom !! ) Other things to note P.S : A/C in the living room is not working properly - Room A/C is fine The bed is a king size bed composed of 2 regular mattresses Fridge is working fine - might have Ice blocs in it but working fine
