Pasiphae Villa is one of the 3 Marinas Villas. Each villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , a fully equipped kitchen , a living room and a balcony area near the pool. Pasiphae has its own pool of 24m2. You can have one villa or all full complex with 2 or 3villas all together if you are a big group of people! The full complex (3 Villas) can accomodate up to 18 people. You might even believe for a few minutes that you're floating above the hustle and bustle of the island. A paved road leads to the entrance of the building. Due to the slope of the property, the unique view will remain unobstructed. A special experience on this land is sunset enjoyed from the terrace. In short: An oasis of tranquility with easy access to the key places on the island. The house is brand new and it has been designed to fit the needs of our guests in the most excellent fashion. On the inside, it has a total area of 135 m2 and is built in a 2-floor layout. An ideal living concept for a large family or a larger group of people who like to enjoy time together, without wanting to sacrifice the privacy of your own living space. Entering the ground floor of the main house, are kitchen and dining area (with a fridge/freezer, oven, sink, dishwasher, kitchen table, washing machine, kitchen ware) . The very tasteful, fully equipped fitted kitchen has all the technical and creative amenities. Villa has 2 bedrooms (which future one double bed and two single beds) ideal for hosting friends/couples or family's with children. At the ground floor you will find one of them with a double bed and a bathroom with shower which offer all the amenities necessary for a comfortable and enjoyable environment. The second bedroom and a bathroom are provided on the upper floor. All rooms have a satellite -smart TV, wifi and the whole villa is throughout air conditioned. Outdoor, there is a shared 35 m2 pool for Phaedra and Ariadne and a 24 m2 exclusively for Pasiphae. The architectural design of both the outdoor and indoor areas in this property was done according to the highest of standards in the choice and installation of all of the systems. Aesthetics and functionality are in perfect harmony in this home. These rules include: • We advise our guests to keep one and a half (1.5) meters distance from the person next in line while approaching any indoors help-desk • We provide a face mask and hand antiseptic for our guests.
