You will love everything about this house. You will love the views, the tranquil waves hitting the rocky sea wall, the sunsets and sunrises, the views are spectacular. Come and enjoy this beautiful modern & spacious Beachfront House on Greenwich Bay. Almost every room in the house has breathtaking views of the Greenwich Bay. Enjoy the Jacuzzi in the Master Bathroom on the 2nd floor facing amazing bay views. Enjoy the bay, go fishing, swimming, kayaking or just for a walk on the beach. Watch the sail boats come and go all day long and also the sail boat regattas practices during the summer months. For your enjoyment the basement is furnished with a high end pool table and bar area. Our home is great for friends and families or company executives looking for the perfect vacation or stay. This house sleeps up to 8 guess. Please inquire about additional guess. $50 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL PER NIGHT, GUEST AFTER 8 GUESTS. Car is a must. You will have plenty of parking. Parking for about 6-8 cars in the driveway. TFGreen airport is 5 minutes from the house. We will provide linen and bathroom towels. Bring your own beach towels. Washer and dryer, basic cable and wireless internet will be provided. • Oct 1 - May 12 Minimum 2 nights stay • May 13 - Sep 31. Minimum 5 nights stay Bottom of Light house and garage are off limits to guests. It’s for owner personal items. I will not be present during your stay but accessible by phone or text any time. Enjoy the basketball court, beach volleyball, the playground on the Budlong Farm private grounds. Enjoy the private horse stables and the corn fields view as you enter the private area. Only one street to enter or exit the community "Dead-End Street". There are only 8 waterfront houses and in the summers months owners of the beach cottages across the park come in from all over the country and the world to enjoy their summers. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS * SECURITY DEPOSIT. Airbnb nor I will take any money as a security deposit from you unless I file a claim within 48hrs after you check out. AirBnB will put on hold $500 on your credit card but will release 24-48 hours after you check out if everything is ok after your departure. These are the rules of Airbnb and I think they are fair. Please take care of my house as if it was your own. If you brake anything or anything is to become missing you will be responsible for it. Take care of the house and its content. * WHERE ARE THE BEDROOMS? All the bedrooms are on the second floor. * HOW MANY BEDS AND WHAT SIZE? The master bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has Queen size bed, 3rd bedroom has 2 twins beds, 4th bedroom is attached to the 3rd bedroom and has queen size sofa-bed. * Can I charge my TESLA electric vehicle on the house? YES, I have the fast charging charger at the house. Please let me know if you will use it and I’ll let you know the details and the fee. * IS THE HOUSE IN A QUIET AREA? yes, the house is located in a private area, only one street to get in and out “no outlet”. * ARE THERE RESTAURANTS NEAR BY? There are plenty of restaurants nearby, however you will need a car to get to them (5-10min drive). IS THE HOUSE IN A SAFE AND SECURE AREA? Yes very much so. The house has a complete alarm system (all doors, all windows, motions, glass brake sensors) also a surveillance camera system in the garage, boiler room, top Of light house and some cameras in the windows pointing to the outside. * Security and Camera System. For you safety and ours the house is equipped with alarm system and surveillance. There are cameras in the following common areas: basement boiler room, top of light house and garage. All others cameras are in some of the windows pointing to the outside the house covering every angle of the property. THERE ARE NO CAMERAS IN ANY PRIVATE AREAS. Whats are the rates and minimum stay during peak season. Oct 1 - May 12 Minimum 2 nights stay. May 13 - Sep 31. Minimum 5 nights stay. Bottom of Light house is off limits for owner personal items. DO NOT use the Neighbors sea wall stairs. This is his personal private property and must be respected. I will not be present during your stay but accessible by phone or text any time. Your stay will be pleasant and comfortable. My self or a representative can come visit any time during working hours just to make sure the guests are ok, nothing is needed and all is in working order.
