This cabin is a true getaway - so come and work and school remotely - easily sleeping two families with three bedrooms and two baths. 3 miles to Florence. Great Wifi but no TV. Driveway is steep and parking is limited. Cannot accommodate large trailers or RVs. Each dog is charge of $25/day. Sorry no cats. To enjoy the lake, we offer a paddle board, a kayak, and a canoe. There are a few life vests available. The dock is for your private use. No diving from the dock. And any use around the lake is at your own risk. The access driveway is long and narrow, please no tall vehicles like RVs and no more than 3 vehicles. The boat ramp is one mile away . Woahink is the deepest lake on the coast with a sandy bottom so the water is clean and great for swimming and fishing. 5 miles from beaches and ATV access and 3 miles to Florence. Great Wifi, no TV, but you won't be bored. However, for longer stays, I will come to the house to collect the garbage, replace the water filter, and replace any items needed. Quiet location in the woods - down a long driveway. Almost all guests since March have worked remotely from our place and have never indicated any problems with WiFi service. We will allow one dog, but I do charge a pet fee of $25 dollars per day, and there are a few house rules: No pets on the furniture No pets to be left unattended Clean up after your pet ! ALSO - the parking is limited and driveway is steep. No more than 3 cars. And no long vehicles with trailers or tall vehicles like an RV. The town has quiet hours from 7pm to 7am. Please don't stay here if you can't follow these rules. Thank you!
