Great location, 500 m from 4 voies Niort/La Rochelle. At the gates of La Rochelle (20 km), 25 km from Ile de Ré. Close to the Poitevin Marshes. Some good little restaurants around us. 2 bedrooms, bathroom in each bedroom. Toilet opposite the bedrooms. Great hearty breakfasts. Reminder: You can't spend the day in the house. Our swimming pool is available from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Namely, we have a cat. Easy parking. The space We are pleased to host you. Remember that we are not a hotel. We don't have a night watchman. We rent a private room in our house. Our house is our private space, a part of us, and as such we do not leave keys. In exchange, we will be present at your various arrivals. A little reminder, smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms. Just as eating in the bedrooms is not allowed. And therefore no possibility of cooking. A small child bed is available if you need it. Our house is not a holiday center. We can't spend the day there, it's closed to visitors from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for our logistics. Our visitors come to the area to visit, see and enjoy the beaches, islands, not to spend their holidays in the house. The pool is accessible in the morning before noon and in the evening after 6 p.m. We will help, guide and advise you for your various visits. For any other questions, we are at your disposal.
