Luxury 1 Bedroom Cottage with Private Hot Tub

One bedroom ‘honeymoon’ cottage, highly finished throughout with communal space, private patio, private hot tub (new to 2017), heating and log fire. Private parking, WiFi and close to pubs / beaches / Truro. Added to this we have free carp fishing in our own private secluded ponds, accept dogs, and can even provide free kennelling for the days you wish to leave mans best friend at home. The space Kocha cottage is affectionally known by us as our “honeymoon” cottage. Converted from the original coach house with the roof height the same as the two story buildings, we have used the space by having a mezzanine stlye cottage. Set slightly back from the main courtyard, accessed through a short corridor, you get the feeling of a little more privacy. As you enter the cottage you enter the large open plan living/kitchen/dining area. This has leather settees, a wood burning stove, wall mounted TV and DVD; a dining area ; and a kitchen equipped with all appliances including a washer dryer, dish washer and American fridge freezer. The work surfaces are made from locally sourced granite. To the side of the kitchen is the main bathroom with a full bath and shower facilities, and leading from the living area are patio doors taking you to your own private patio with garden furniture and exclusive hotub. This patio can be linked to the neighbouring cottage, Gwennel, giving two couples the opportunity to holiday together, yet retain some privacy. The stairs lead from inside the door up to the mezzanine bedroom from which you can look down onto the living area. The bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, and as the ceiling slopes to the eaves, is maybe not suitable for exceptionally tall people, but is very cozy and has tremendous character. We have added a small en-suite up here, with a wash basin and WC. At Pengelly Farm our holiday cottages are well positioned in the centre of Cornwall making them the perfect base from which to explore the county. In the centre of the courtyard is a large communal gazebo, BBQ, and private Hot Tubs for each cottage. We have 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom cottages available to rent throughout the year. All of our cottages have WiFi. Other things to note **We charge £30 cleaning fee for dogs, please select additional guest if you are bringing a dog** Our change over day is a Saturday, and we can only offer short breaks out of season due to the high demand for weekly bookings. Please note that the courtyard of cottages are part of a dedicated package for a on-site wedding venue. When booking the cottage, please note that there may be wedding guests residing in neighbouring cottages and therefore, on occasions, may be late noise.
