This sweet, cosy cottage nestled in the garden of our newly renovated Grey Lynn villa is only a stroll away from the hustle and bustle of the country's best eateries, boutique shopping and art galleries.This is a great option for couples, solo and business travelers wanting somewhere homely, warm, private and central to stay for a few nights. The space The cottage is warm, bright and welcoming, capturing the bohemian character of the neighborhood. The new kitchenette is modern as is the TV and other small appliances. We trust you’ll sleep well thanks to the comfy bed and quality linen. Perfect if you want an evening next to the TV, or a cosy base for a night on the town. The modern kitchenette with fitted with a gas hob, microwave, dishwasher as well as modern small appliances making dining in easy. There's fast wireless internet and TV with Netflix if you just want to chill, or you're just a short stroll to popular cafes and shops should you wish to stretch your legs. With air conditioning or heating to suit - this is a comfortable, relaxing space. The bathroom is compact, but functional. We can assist with laundry requirements by arrangement or there is a laundromat just round the corner from us. But there is no washer/dryer in the cottage. Its a lovely little oasis on the city fringe and perfect for shorter stays. Guest access The property is private, fully fenced and fitted with a modern security system. While our guests, the cottage is all yours and you have direct access through the side of the property. Street parking is restricted during weekdays but you are able to park in our drive way (on the street side of our gate). Other things to note Its a great location with just a short walk into vibrant Ponsonby or a brief bus ride to town and the fabulous Art Gallery and Viaduct Harbour and a ferry ride to Waiheke. Its near the glamorous Newmarket 277 Shopping Centre.
