This unit is @ 21st flr of Tower 1, w/ balcony, 200mbps WiFi, 43" Google 4K TV w/Netflix & Cignal Cable. Guests are to present a valid gov't-issued ID upon check-in; strictly up to 4 pax, including kids/infants. Parking is widely available ot the lot pod near clubhouse (fee: P440 max, 24hrs). The space Experience the cool and misty breeze of Tagaytay City in a cozy and fam-comfy nook, 21st floor, overlooking the pool & amenity area. It has the grandest view of the sunset & the Manila & Batangas skylines by the balcony. Enjoy scenic places & delectable eats. Retreat with the stars, then rise in a foggy bed at the sun's smooth kiss. Our place is guaranteed clean and cozy. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, depending on unit's availability. This is a 28 sq.m. one-bedroom unit with balcony, overlooking the amenity area and Manila and Batangas skylines, located at the 20+ floor of Tower 1. The stunning view of the sunset by the balcony is also worth looking forward to. Tower 1 is the building nearest Summit Ridge/Robinsons and right across Gerry's Grill, near Rosario's Restaurant. The unit comfortably suits a family/group of 4 members, including kids and infant. It has 3 beds: 1 queen size bed, 1 day bed with pull-out bed (2 single beds). The unit is equipped with PLDT fibrhome (Internet/wifi), upto 200 mbps, and landline, and a 43" Smart Google 4K TV with free netflix and Cignal Cable It is strongly advised that cooking should be done in the balcony. Extension cord for the induction cooker is available. Guest access The use pool and other clubhouse amenities are subject to minimum health standards and safety protocols. Guests are expected to present a valid government-issued ID upon check-in. These are for the registration at the front desk in exchange for a Guest Pass, which will be returned correspondingly upon check-out. Guests can access the clubhouse, game room, jogging paths and open field. Kids age 12 and below can also access the play house. Reasonable fees apply for use of swimming pools [P150 (regular days)/P300(holidays) per pax], badminton court, tennis court and basketball court. Function rooms are also available. You may approach the reception desk, located at the clubhouse for registration and other inquiries about club house amenities. Guests may also access the Sky Lounge (view deck) at Tower 3 on a first come, first serve basis. Overnight parking spaces are widely available for a fee . Public transportation are also very accessible. We also provide airport service at P3000 per way [approx. 60 kms, two-hour travel time (light traffic condition)] Other things to note 1. Cooking should be done in the balcony. 2. Early check-in and/or late check-out may be allowed but depends upon the unit's availability. 3. Reasonable fees apply for use of swimming pools and other amenities. 4. Please approach the reception desk at the clubhouse for inquiry about use of amenities and relevant fees. 5. The SECURITY DEPOSIT is not credited or billed outright by Airbnb upon booking. This may only be charged by Airbnb against your credit card/bank account if there are claims for loss or damage upon or discovered within 48 hours from check-out. 6.
