Charming small 18 m2 studio in the basement, with completely independent entrance through the garage, close to Mac Arthur Glen factory outlets, with easy access to the ring road leading to downtown Troyes and on the road to the lakes of the Orient Forest. Guests can park their vehicle easily. You will enjoy a neatly decorated bedroom, with recent bedding (140*190) and quality, and a room with a shower area, separate toilet and kitchen area. The space The accommodation is equipped with a microwave oven (without grill), fridge-freezer and induction cooktop. You will have at your disposal a saucepan, a frying pan, plates, cutlery, bowls, cups, glasses, strainer, Senseo coffee machine and coffee pods. Bath towels, shower gel, toilet paper, sheets, pillows, bolster, duvet are provided. The accommodation is equipped with 2 radiators (one in each room) for the winter and has the advantage of being very cool in the summer. Ventilation is provided by a VMC throughout the studio. Guest access The listing is located in the basement of the house. You will have access to the two rooms that make up the studio: a bedroom and a room with a bathroom and kitchen. You'll go through the garage to access your studio. There's no key box, I always hand over the keys myself. It's much more user-friendly :) Other things to note The TV is equipped with a USB and HDMI socket. You can play your videos on a USB stick. The self-closing gate remains open for 30 seconds before closing: stand in front of it and enter or exit quickly. Please park in front of my gate and not the neighbors' gate, to maintain good neighborly relations :-).
