Sleeps 4+2, independent entrance, kitchenette, bathroom with large shower and ceiling fans. The space The space is divided into two rooms: in the first there is a kitchenette and a bunk bed; the second is the living room, with a dining table, three single beds (plus a pull-out), a wardrobe, and a television. The large terrace has an additional table, chairs and curtain system that allows you to dine even under the sun. The residence has a large reserved parking lot. 600 meters away is the pebble beach of Bagnaia: free beach, bathing establishments, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, groceries, sailing school, boat rental. Guest access Access is of course complete. The keys will be delivered by Mrs. Laura and returned to her at the end of the stay by telephone agreement. The lady resides in Portoferraio and is our trustee for any urgent problem. Other things to note As we are not on site, we CANNOT provide sheets and towels, but we can entrust the service to Mrs. Laura: in this case, the supply of clean sheets and towels (weekly) must be considered as a supplement to be agreed directly with Mrs. Laura.
