Welcome to "La Jauline"! This cozy house, located about 15 km from Cognac, opens its doors to you all year round. Whether you're meeting up with family or as a couple, this little haven of peace and greenery has everything you need. The space This former Cognac distillery has been converted into a charming family home. Part of the house is reserved for you. There is a carefully decorated bedroom in a shabby style as well as a bathroom to share among guests. For your comfort, care products as well as towels are at your disposal. The other living areas are accessible to you. You will also have the pleasure of relaxing in our large garden, under the apple and plum trees,… watching our vegetables grow in the vegetable garden or strolling along a river, in the forests or along the many country roads of our village. Guest access The house and its garden are accessible to you. For the biggest food lovers among you, breakfast can be prepared for you (€5) with fresh eggs from the chicken coop if you wish. The little ones (and the older ones) will be able to participate in country life by discovering our rabbit hutch and our chicken coop. A play area is reserved for children (basketball, pétanque, etc.) as well as the rest of the property for hide-and-seek or ball games. During your stay I will be at your disposal throughout your stay, to inform you about our village and our region, its activities (flea markets, night of shooting stars, etc.) and its history… Not far from us, you will have many places to visit: The village of Talmont, the island of Ré and Oléron, Royan, the vineyards of Cognac, the many castles are must-see places… (within a radius of 60 km) Without forgetting our gastronomy and its accompaniments… oysters, melon, pineaux, wines and Cognac will surely delight your taste buds. Other things to note For people with allergies, it is worth noting that we have two dogs and a cat in the house. Finally, for smokers, you are only asked to smoke outside. See you soon!
