Charming Villa with private and heated pool

The space Located in the area of Armeñime, this fantastic villa with capacity for 10 is full of charm with rustic but at the same time modern touches. Distributed in 3 areas, we find at the entrance a large space to park 3 cars with total security, on the left side ithere is a pool surrounded by palm trees, lawn, hammocks, umbrellas and a chill out zone with kitchen area and outdoor furniture to enjoy a day at the pool and eat without having to go to the house. Near the swimming pool there are 2 of the bedrooms of this magnificent villa, tastefully decorated and separated from each other, each one of them has a double bed, fan and private bathroom with Italian shower. In the upper area you can find the house, surrounded by plants, flowers, space to play petanque, a barbecue area, a large wooden table where you can enjoy a good meal and a relaxation area. Inside the villa there is a living room with dining area, an independent and fully equipped kitchen (American fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils), large dining table. Through the kitchen is the laundry area with cupboards, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe, double bed, views of the outside area and en-suite bathroom with Italian shower. The other 2 bedrooms are located nearby, with wardrobe, double bed and a bathroom with shower. The villa has free wifi, satellite tv in several languages and alarm system but the Wi-Fi does not reach all areas of the house perfectly.
