Welcome to my beautifully remodeled home with a private studio entrance in the heart of Fort Lauderdale! Located in the South Middle River neighborhood, you’ll be perfectly situated between I-95, Downtown, Fort Lauderdale Beach (just 3 miles away), and Wilton Manors — making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. As my guest, enjoy the pool anytime during your stay (pool is not heated) and the convenience of a washer and dryer for your laundry needs. The space Your private studio is designed for comfort and relaxation after a day out exploring. You’ll have high-speed AT&T internet and a TV with Fire Stick access, so you can log into your favorite streaming apps and unwind with your go-to shows. For your comfort, the studio features a brand-new mini-split A/C unit in addition to the home’s central air system — so you can adjust the temperature to your liking. The full-size bed is topped with a memory foam mattress to help ensure a restful night’s sleep. There’s plenty of storage space in the walk-in closet for luggage and clothing. The bathroom includes a beautifully finished stand-up shower with glass sliding doors. Please note that while the space is thoughtfully designed, it is compact. The shower has sliding glass doors within a 36” frame, which may feel snug for some guests. Guest access You’re welcome to park in the gravel driveway connected to your private entrance in the driveway for easy access. There is also a small patio area off the back of the studio, accessible through the sliding glass door — a perfect little spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evening.
