Characterful farmhouse on the outskirts of Perros-Guirec

The magnificent pink granite coast is available to you! 3 km from the sea, our 220 m2 house of character will seduce you with its absolute calm, in a green setting of 1 hectare. Do you want to have space, inside and out, while being close to the sea? You've found the perfect house for your next vacation! The space In this double farmhouse of 220 m², you will find on the ground floor: - 1 large living room of 60 m² with open kitchen, dining room and reading area near the granite fireplace (not usable) - 1 large living room/game room of 60 m², with sofas, screen and DVD player, ping pong table. Each of these 2 large living rooms has a staircase leading upstairs, divided into 2 parts (ideal for 2 couples with children, so that each family has its own space). On one side you will find: - a large bedroom with a 160 cm double bed (new bedding) - a shower room with toilet - one bedroom with 3 single beds, including 1 bed intended for a young child under 12 years old. On the other side, by accessing via the 2nd staircase: - a large bedroom with 3 single beds - communicating with a large bathroom with bathtub, shower, double sink and clothes rack - one bedroom with 1 double bed of 160 cm (new bedding). Halfway up the stairs, you'll find a 2nd toilet. The house is equipped with all the necessary comforts: washing machine and dryer in the laundry room, fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, Magimix robot. Please note that the house is not equipped with WIFI or TV (but screen and DVD player available). We can make available a travel cot on request. Board games, books, comics, children's magazines... To enjoy the outdoors: garden table, deckchairs, barbecue... Located 10 minutes from the port of Perros-Guirec, our pretty house is the ideal starting point for visiting the surroundings: Ploumanac'h and its "mysterious rocks", Trégastel, Trébeurden, but also Lannion and Tréguier. You can embark for the archipelago of the 7 islands and its natural bird reserve. A little further (45 minutes), take to the sea to discover, for a day, the magnificent island of Bréhat. On your return, you will enjoy the tranquility of the garden and the house: the countryside by the sea! Car essential, the house is located at the end of a path, in a wooded area, next to a farm where you can go buy fresh milk if you feel like it. And only 5 minutes by car: all amenities and in particular a Leclerc hypermarket. The nearest beach (3 km) is a paradise for kite surfers. A 10-minute drive away is the pretty beach of Trestel (fine sand) very suitable for swimming. Every day you can discover a new beach in a nearby perimeter. The famous customs trail will offer you beautiful walks along the coast. The house is offered for rent during the summer - weekly or biweekly. For the summer of 2024, there is no more availability. We provide bed linen, but do not provide towels or linens. No pets allowed. The house is non-smoking. Other things to note A deposit check of 400 euros will be requested upon checking in. It will be returned to you within 15 days of your departure, less repairs, replacements of damaged items, or essential cleaning, if applicable.
