A groundfloor, two bedroom flat, perfectly located on the west bank of the Nile, just five minutes crossing the river to the city centre. Both bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom. One bedroom has two single beds and the other a king-size bed & balcony. There is a large, open plan lounge and fully-equipped kitchen, with a balcony and garden access. It has all the necessary amenities and easy access to the rooftop terrace that has fantastic views overlooking the river Nile and Luxor Temple The space Welcome to Our Villa on the Nile This 2 bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of our privately owned four-storey villa, which comprises five self-contained apartments available to guests year-round. Each apartment has a private entrance, while all residents share access to two rooftop terraces offering spectacular views of Luxor and the Nile. Aside from these shared spaces, you will enjoy complete comfort and privacy in your apartment. I will usually be available during your stay, and if not, my cousin Mohammed will be on hand to assist. We are here to help you make the most of your visit—whether it’s arranging transport, booking tours and balloon rides, purchasing tickets, or simply guiding you to the best local shops and restaurants.
