Built in 1955 from all locally sourced stone and timber, the guest house was once an art studio for renowned California painter Helen Clingan. Nestled in the foothills of the Sierras, this property provides great access to our national parks. Unlimited outdoor activities...hiking, biking, boating, fishing, backcountry skiing, and a 5 minute drive to the Cat Haven. The space The guesthouse consists of a living room/dining room/kitchenette space, a large bedroom, and a newly renovated bathroom. It has its own entrance. The bedroom has a king bed and a loft with a double bed. The living room has a flat screen tv, large sofa, record player, dart board, Roku, and an assortment of games. There is plenty of room for the queen sized Aerobed air mattress we provide on request. This large open space also has a kitchenette with fridge, countertop convection oven, microwave, and coffee maker and a dining table that seats 6 comfortably.
