The space Casa Tortilla Gracia is a lovely apartment in the heart of Barcelona, in Barrio Gracia, the most lively district of the city, with its many cafes, tapas bars, restaurants and its beautiful squares full of activity, and only a few minutes walk from the central Paseo de Gracia.This little gem has been our beautiful apartment for 8 (URL HIDDEN) saw the birth of our daughter Greta and our family. I hope that our guests will love it as much as we did and enjoy the wonders of the barrio of Gracia, in which, among other things, we are still living. 500 meters from the apartment you can find the famous market of the Estrella, with its stalls of fresh fruit and traditional Catalan food, plaza Rovira, where having good breakfast outside. 5 min walking there is the metro stop Joanic (L4) the direct line to the beaches of Barceloneta and the shopping street Paseo de Gracia. And thanks to its central position you can walk to Parc Guell, Paseo de Gracia, Diagonal, La Pedrera, the Sagrada Familia. The apartment is about 70 m² in a beautiful palace of the early '900. The characteristic high ceilings with wood beams are a peculiarity of the Catalans style. The flat is composed by one living room with a comfortable sofa bed, kitchen, toilet and two bedrooms (one with double bedroom and one with two single beds):so it’s perfect up to 5 people. There is a terrace where you can relax after a busy day of sightseeing:it’s quiet and green, of about 15 sqm and there is a balcony that faces on a quiet and peaceful street that will let you feel part of life in Barcelona. Guest access Casa Tortilla Gracia is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing holiday:the fully equipped kitchen is completed of ceramic hob,oven, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker and american coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans. TV with satellite channels, towels, sheets.The bathroom, with a comfortable shower, is complete with hairdryer and towels and sheets will be provided by us at no extra expense.The apartment is at first floor with no elevator. WiFi GRATIS is available in all rooms. For those traveling with small children we offer the possibility to use the complete kit: baby cot 120x60, high chair and baby bath. However, if an item is found that can reasonably be identified as belonging to a guest, the accommodation commits to safeguarding it for a maximum period of 15 natural days from the departure date. During this time, the guest may request the return of the item, bearing the corresponding shipping costs. After this period has expired and if the guest has not claimed the item, the accommodation may freely dispose of it, under the understanding that it has been voluntarily abandoned. To claim any forgotten item, the guest must contact the accommodation providing a description of the item and the date of their stay. =============== EXTRA & RULES =============== We care that your holiday is fantastic. This is why we ask you to respect these simple rules! - Cleaning costs: 75.00 euros - Cleaning costs will only be paid if they are not included in the price you have already paid online. - Check-in is from 15.00 until 22.00 and check-out is until 11.00. - Arrivals after 22.00 are not accepted. - In exceptional cases we remind you that check-ins after 22.00 have an extra cost of 50.00 euros (it is all written in the apartment notes, visible before booking). - Security deposit: 200.00 euros. Paid upon arrival by credit card. - Deposit returned to the card in 7/15 days depending on the bank. - The security deposit will not be required only for Airbnb bookings. - The tourist tax of 9.50 euros from 01 APRIL 2026 euros per person. - The tax is not included in the total booking price and will be paid separately. - The loss of the keys will be 300.00 euros for replacement costs. - The use of towels to remove makeup is prohibited. - It is forbidden to use the towels provided by the apartment on the beach. - We do not provide beach towels. - Only the number of people indicated in the booking will stay in the apartment. - It is forbidden to move the furniture in the apartment (beds, furniture, etc.). - If you have any requests contact us: we are here to help you :) - The property does not accept pets. - When you go out, always try to turn off all lights and heating. - Leave the dishes clean. - Garbage can be taken to the bins in front of the building. - Late at night be respectful of neighbors etc. - No noise after 22.00, especially on the stairs and on the terrace. - It is forbidden to store bicycles and electric scooters both in the apartment and in the lobby/staircase of the building. - If you break something please report it! - Be security conscious and always make sure to lock the apartment door and building portal. - Smoking outside with the door closed. - The use and consumption of any type of drug is strictly prohibited. ================ READ CAREFULLY ================ It's understood that at the time the reservation is made, the customer and/or guest knows and expressly and tacitly declares that they fully accept these internal regulations of Casa Tortilla, considering themselves satisfied and in agreement with all the aforementioned points. Infraction of Casa Tortilla's internal regulation will result in the loss of the deposit (if it has been paid) or reporting to AIRBNB for any damage or harassment caused by bad behavior.
