I live on the property in the main house (separate building). So if you need anything I am available. My neighborhood is good family neighborhood close to a Montessori preschool and an elementary school. Kids can be seen walking to and from school and playing basketball among neighbors. At night it is quiet and peaceful. We are close to many places to shop both for groceries and fashion, sports etc. One can practically walk to Winco, Target, Starbucks, and indoor mall, movie theater....you name it and it's a short driving distance away. The closest bus stop is in front of the church that is not far from us. (2 minutes walking distance. Uber, taxi, and rental car companies are plentiful. Sequoia and King’s Canyon National Parks are about an hour and a half from my house and they are must-see world wonders! The park rangers will give you a map as you enter that will tell you where the giant sequoias are, some of whom you can drive very close to (even one you can drive THROUGH :-)) and others you hike to. There are meadows, trails, caves, the King’s river and also one of my favorites, Moro Rock. If you’re not afraid of heights I recommend climbing it. Once you reach the top, on a clear day you can see the Pacific Ocean. It’s the highest point in the western divide.
