Comfortable Oasis, Unique features.

Now sporting an Aircon, TV with apps, sml bar fridge, comfort plus space. Are you wanting quiet with plenty of space.. Close to Browns plains and shops, but with a country feel. Bird life to enjoy, set on an acre, large yard and gardens. Enjoy the pool, bbq. We do live at the house and sometimes their may be another guest staying, If you want private please state this in your messages, or it will be share bathroom with another guest. We do have a cat. The space We do live here, it is not an empty house to rent, we also at times have regular guests staying so you could be sharing the bathroom ( i will always confirm if you mind before accepting another guest) Please contact me if you prefer private so no confusion. If you love bird life then you will love it here. Large queen bedroom, ceiling fan, own bathroom ( unless there is a guest in the other room.) there is also another room available on request. On acreage, large house, family room with TV so your not stuck with us, tv also in bedroom with Netflix access. Car would be great but bus is close by, and if able I can drop you off locally, also airport pick up/drop off's if I'm available at a cheaper rate than cabs. Depending on how your travelling, the city is 30 minutes by car, Gold Coast 40 minutes by car. We do work, expect the house to be left clean and tidy as its found, especially kitchen. For travelers with children, ages above 9 would be more acceptable, (Its not my preference to host children.) Guest access This is our home, please treat it with respect leave everything clean and tidy or as you found it, we are sharing it with you. Be considerate of others in the house and we wont have a problem. Access to the house, not our private areas. Washing machine use, $4.00. WIFI access no heavy dl though. Bbq, pool, beach towels available. We are very accommodating all you have to do is ask. During your stay We do work, do like our down time but do like a conversation, I enjoy travelling myself so love to hear other travel stories. If you want peace and quiet you also have your space. Other things to note An Important thing to note, ALL GUESTS MUST BE 18+ UNLESS WITH A PARENT.. I keep a tidy home, although it is a 30yr old home, Please treat it with respect. Your welcome to make tea/coffee, cereal/toast basic breakfast, use of fridge in laundry as needed. I would appreciate guests cleaning up after themselves, leave the areas as you find them. My cat does think he owns the house, so if you don't want him in your room, pls keep your door closed.
