The apartment is located in a very communicative place, 1 minute by walk to Bishop's Basilica (100 meters), 2 minutes to the Central Square (200 meters), Tsar Simeon's Garden and Singing Fountains, 10 minutes to Kapana, Old Town and Roman Theatre (650 meters). Restaurants, nightlife and supermarkets are within 5 minutes walking distance. The space The place is on the 3rd floor(Accessible both by elevator and stairs). The apartment is completely renewed, very clean and cozy and can host up to five guests. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for your stay which includes a microwave, electric kettle, washing machine, dish washing machine. The living room comes with a sofa which turns into a nice bed. There are 2 bedrooms with a king bed. There are air conditioners, flat screen TVs in the living room and in the bedrooms and also there is a free Wi-Fi. Parking options: - The price includes free parking for one passenger (mid-size) vehicle in an underground car park. There are limitations regarding the height of the vehicles – up to 1.80m and the width - up to 1.95m. Another possibility is to use the paid street parking near the building(2lv per hour from 8.30-17.30 Monday-Saturday) or free public street parking 200 meters away from the building.
