To the north, behind the garden, green pastures reach the sea. Its cows, our neighbors, and beyond, we get up looking north at the Atlantic Sea. We are surrounded not only by animals, pastures, and orchards, but also by our few neighbors, including Ramón, who travels daily from East to West, providing his high-quality Galician seafood. We are sure to learn a lot from him.
