Lovely one bedroom self catering holiday apartment occupying what must be the finest position in West Looe standing high on the curve of the river with outstanding views of Looe Harbour, the Banjo pier, the beach and out to sea. Having such stunning views means that you can enjoy staying in the flat at any time of the year. On & off-season Looe has plenty to offer. The flat is perfect for a couple. The flat is strictly for non smoking guests only. Sorry no pets. Do contact me with any questions The space The views are what make our flat such a special place for a getaway. Straight across you will see the harbour and East Looe - to the left the whole river estuary, and to the right out to see. The flat is warm and cosy and has everything you need. Guest access The whole flat! Other things to note Please note there is no parking with the flat - but plenty of very safe free parking is available nearby. We try to be very transparent with our pricing and hence the cleaning and linen cost is added separately. This is fair in that the cost is incurred by us regardless of the length of your stay. The cost is stated as the cost we pay the caretaker/cleaner with no uplift! The cost cost includes linen, towels and tea towels etc. Please note we do not wish to accept bookings from smokers. If we find any evidence of smoking in or around the flat, a full damage deposit is taken.
