Bedroom + Private Bathroom – Independent Access

We live in the agglomeration of Evreux, in a suburban area of a friendly village (city bus stop, T5 line, located 3 minutes walk away). The environment is quiet. On the other hand, our children are not always :-) but the space offered is located in the basement of our house, which will allow you to live away from the family tumult! ;-) Entry is through the garage: not the greatest luxury, but this independent access is much appreciated. 👍👍 The space You have private access through the garage. The accommodation is in very good condition, the windows have been recently changed, the accommodation is functional, and recent. The bed is comfortable (1.60 m) and new. You have your own bathroom, your own dining area, your own TV with Netflix and Prime access. All travelers say that value for money is available! Please do not throw anything in the toilet except toilet paper 🙏🙏🙏 as the accommodation is equipped with a macerator (see "other information" section) Guest access You will have access to the basement only. Bedroom with the Shower room and WC to yourself You will also have at your disposal Dolce Gusto coffee maker (a few capsules offered), kettle, microwave and fridge. No hobs, no oven. Other things to note There is a sanibroyeur for and in the accommodation because it is located in the basement: to drain sewage, it takes this kind of device (which makes a little noise when evacuating water from this bathroom but it is not at all strong and disturbing, it may surprise at most, and it does not make noise if you do not use water). DO NOT THROW ANYTHING IN THE TOILET PLEASE except toilet paper (no tissues, no wipes, no paper towels, etc... nothing at all...) Thank youuuuu🙏🙏🙏
