The space The Arabic word for water is Moya, and the moment you step into our property, you’ll understand why we named it “Villa Moya.” Our balconies and terraces offer a calming view of the sea on one side and a refreshing, inviting swimming pool on the other. Just a two-minute walk from our doorstep lies a peaceful, uncrowded beach—perfect for relaxation. Our private swimming pool with outdoor seating is a delight for both children and adults, with well-maintained pool toys and floaties available upon request. In the evenings, our lush garden is an idyllic spot to enjoy a beautiful sunset and the cool evening breeze with a cup of tea. Whether you love watching the sunrise over the sea or stargazing, our spacious terrace balcony provides the perfect setting. Stay Cool & Entertained: If the Chennai sun gets too intense, we offer plenty of ways to keep you cool and entertained: • A fun collection of board games, playing cards, a carrom board, and a foosball table. • A luxurious, air-conditioned media room with a 65 inch TV & recliner, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite sports. High-speed Wi-Fi is available, making it suitable for work, streaming, and entertainment. Fresh bed linen, bath towels, and basic toiletries are provided for all guests, along with geysers for hot water in every bathroom. Spacious & Fully Equipped Our villa features four large, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Extra mattresses can be provided on request. The fully functional kitchen is stocked with a fridge, microwave, stove, RO drinking water, and all essential cookware, cutlery, plates, and glasses for everyday cooking. A washing machine is also available for guest use. The area is also well-served by Swiggy and Zomato. Seamless Service & Support Our on-site manager will assist you during check-in and check-out and is available on call for any queries. We provide daily housekeeping (sweeping, mopping, bathroom cleaning, and pool maintenance) for your convenience. For anything beyond our staff’s scope, we’re just a call away! Other things to note House Rules • Check-in Requirements: A government-issued ID is required at check-in. Additionally, we request the names of all guests staying at the villa. • Additional Guests/Visitors: If you plan to bring extra guests or visitors beyond those listed in your booking, please inform the host/manager before their arrival and settle the applicable guest fee. Swimming Pool Guidelines • By using the pool, you acknowledge and understand the following: a) No lifeguard is on duty—guests are responsible for their own safety and that of their companions. b) Children/infants must always be supervised near the pool. c) The owner and management are not liable for any injuries or accidents in the pool area. • No food or drinks are allowed inside the pool. • A pre-swim shower is mandatory—an outdoor shower is available on the pool deck. • Pool hours are restricted at night per local regulations, and pool lights will be turned off accordingly. Noise & Community Etiquette • Our villa is located within a gated community, so we kindly ask that guests respect the privacy and peace of other residents. • A sound system is provided inside the villa for your entertainment. If using your own speakers, please keep the volume at a reasonable level and ensure they remain indoors only. Furniture & Decorations • Please do not move indoor furniture or place it outside. • For parties or events, decorations are permitted only in the garden or pool deck—please inform the host/manager in advance. • No decorations, stickers, tape, or banners are allowed indoors or on the walls. If any damage occurs, guests will be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement at the discretion of the owner/management. Smoking & Security • Smoking is permitted only outdoors—please use the ashtrays provided for cigarette disposal. • CCTV cameras are installed in the outdoor areas for security and will remain on at all times. These must not be turned off or accessed by guests. General Policies • The villa will be cleaned once a day between 11 AM – 2 PM by our caretaker. • The gated community entrance remains locked at all times. Please inform the manager/caretaker before arrival so they can receive you. Entry is not permitted after midnight. • The management is not responsible for lost valuables—please keep your belongings secure. • Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance with a written confirmation from the host. A fee of ₹1,500 per pet applies, along with adherence to our pet policy. Violation of House Rules Failure to comply with these house rules may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
