"Les Roseaux" Gîte

Located on the Opal Coast, 10 km from Le Touquet, 3 km from the beach, 500 m from shops, the gîte is located in Merlimont Village, it is located in a large property with a wooded park, bordering dunes. We are 20 km from the Bay of Somme. In the park, which stretches over 4000 m, there is a pond in which some water hens nest, this contributes to the serenity of the garden, you can relax and enjoy the calm and surrounding greenery. The space The cottage is quiet, ideal for enjoying nature. Guest access The garden is at your disposal, your vehicle will be parked in the property closed by an electric gate, we provide you with a beep. For motorcyclists, a garage is available for 4 motorcycles next to the accommodation. Other things to note A security deposit of €300 is required upon check-in. The cleaning is optional, it can be done by you or be done by me at the price of €40. The sheets are rented for €15 or can be brought by you.
