Stone Mansion

The traditional stone mansion is situated 25km east of Chania and 30km west of Rethymno in the center of the picturesque village Kaina. It was built in the end of 19th century with dominant materials of stone and wood.The house can accommodate up to 15 people as composed on the ground floor of a large living room with a fireplace,a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bedroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a terrace with panoramic view of the White Mountains and the olive groves of area. The space On the patio there is two independent bedrooms like Studios with private bathroom and kitchenette. All bedrooms have Air Condition. Also there is an anothere kitchen to serve the barbecue needs which visitors can use to prepare meals and taste olive oil, wine and raki for free made from us. Also you can enjoy the coolness of the swimming pool and relax in the small swimming pool with Hydro - Air Massage, enjoy the shade of the arbor or the garden hammock enjoying the tranquility of the Cretan countryside. The place is ideal for families with children who can play safely. Within the area there is a preserved oil factory which was operated until the mid 20th century with lots of old objects of that era. Guest access In a distance of 10 km. from the mansion, the visitor can enjoy the beautiful beaches awarded with the Blue Flag in the touristic villages Kalives, Almirida, Georgioupoli and admire the traditional villages Gavalohiri and Vrisses.
