The apartment comprises of a well equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, dining area, a double bed, seating area, smart TV with local & some international channels, free Netflix, free WIFI, a small outdoor balcony, a washing/dryer machine, and a private toilet and shower facility, and a covered/secured parking. The studio is also fully equipped with vacuum cleaner and cleaning equipment. We do not provide cleaning during a stay but arrangements can be made with additional cost. The idea is to provide high level amenities with a hotel look and feel at a relatively affordable price. Guest access The studio is accessible either through the central lift or two stairs. Access is secured with security and boom gate.
