The Annexe - Cherry Cottage (self-contained)

Through your own front door you enter a comfortable and spacious self-contained apartment - lounge with kitchen adjoining, Double Bedroom (with single sofa bed* or cot) and Bathroom (no bath just a shower). Continental breakfast included on first night. Short walk from local Pubs, Shops, Restaurants, perfect for walking and cycling the South Downs National Park (less than a mile away). A short drive will take you to Arundel, Worthing, Goodwood and Brighton. *sofa bed is within the bedroom The space Recently refurbished to meet the needs of guests, the Annexe is private, (your own front door) but we are not far away, being in the adjacent property - Cherry Cottage - if you need assistance. Whilst at The Annexe the side access passage (grey gate), to the right of the garage, is not used by anybody else (during your stay) and so is completely private. You could, for example, store bikes here, as it is also a secured locked area. Guest access You will have complete freedom within The Annexe. Your own front door (key safe) with a secure “area" outside the door and a locked garage which can be used for storage ie bikes. The garden is not huge, but you would be welcome to use it. Other things to note All guests when they first arrive are amazed at the space they have. The lounge and kitchen* are combined but offer a relaxing space to our guests. The bedroom, with plenty of storage available, is spacious and has a comfortable double bed with a single sofa bed which can easily be prepared, ready for a third guest (Kindly note this sofa bed is in the main bedroom).
