Apartement**** in the Mountains

The space Our 4-star apartement is the perfect accomodation for your holiday –in any weather situation! We are located in a sunny, quiet country-village, only 2 km far from the city-center of Immenstadt in the Region Upper Allgäu. On ground floor of the apartment (65 sqm) is the fully equipped kitchen, where you’ll be able to cook anything – just like at home. From the following living room you can exit to the terrace (morning sun) and from there directly to the large garden. Ideal for sunbathing and relaxing! On first floor is the bedrom with a double bed (2x2m) and two couches for reading and relaxing. There is also the bathroom (bath, shower and WC) and a balcony where our guest enjoy the afternoon- and evening-sun. For not having to enter a hot car in summer and getting it snow free in winter there is also a carport for your disposal. You can connect to the internet through Wifi. In order to offer all our guests equally a pleasant living climate, smoking is allowed only outside the apartment - on the terrace, on the balcony and the garden. For health reasons (animal hair allergy), we take no pets. Those looking for relaxation and active recreation is in the immediate area a colorful range of leisure options: natural lakes, water parks, cross country ski trails, hiking trails - both summer and winter -, cycling, cinema and much more. In addition, you can reach the ski resorts of the entire Upper Allgäu within a few minutes. If you arrive by train, we pick you up from the station. The nearest bus stop is only 200 meters away.
