The space The beautiful “Baja Flat" holiday apartment in Valencia’s historic old town of Barrio Del Carmen is bright, spacious and recently renovated. The surrounding neighbourhood of El Carmen is known for its outstanding nightlife, wine & tapas bars, as well as great restaurants - everything you need is at your doorstep. The apartment is a stone’s throw from the popular Plaza Tossal and a short walk to some of the city’s most famous attractions, St. Nichola’s Church, Central Market & Plaza de la Virgen. "Barrio Del Carmen" is very good for nightlife, bars, restaurants and nightclubs. The modern furniture combines well with the spacious layout and the exposed wooden beams in the high ceiling to create a unique Valencian character. Baja Flat has one big bedroom with balcony, a large bathroom with bathtub and a large open-plan kitchen plus living room which gives way to another balcony. The apartment may comfortably accommodate 4 people – two in the bedroom and two more on the sofa bed in the living room. The small table with two chairs on the balcony allows al fresco dining while giving wonderful views towards Plaza San Jaime and Plaza del Tossal. The apartment is air conditioned and temperature controlled, ensuring your comfort in any weather. The apartment has speed wifi, smart Tv, A/c splits in the bedroom and livingroom, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, orange juice maker, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, kettle for tea. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY By making a reservation, you agree to the following conditions: - Reservations are not allowed for guests under 25 years old. - Pets are not allowed. Rules for a Pleasant Stay: - Check-in and Documentation: - Check-in hours: 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. - Late check-in fees: - 22:00 - 00:00: €20 - After 00:00: €40 Traveler Information Form: All guests must complete this form before arrival as required by Royal Decree 933/2021. Access to the accommodation cannot be granted without this information. Quiet Hours: - Parties and loud noises are not allowed. - Respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Common Areas and Smoking: - Smoking and drinking are prohibited in shared areas and inside the apartment. Apartment Care: Use towels only for bathing; any permanent stains will incur charges (€5 to remove stains/item or replacement cost). - Do not park bicycles in hallways or inside the apartment. Check-out: - Check-out time: 10:00 AM. - Late check-out (after 12:00 PM): 50% of the booking price (minimum: €40, maximum: €250). Optional Services: - Baby crib: €20/booking (subject to availability). - Baby high chair: €5/booking. Additional services like a sofa bed must be requested upon reservation.
