The entire space has been furnished to offer you a home away from home, with all the comfort you deserve on your vacation. Staying here offers a pleasant and exciting experience like no other in the area. Our property shows its character immediately upon arrival, greeting you with its beautiful dark blue color, hence its name: Sueño Azul, the "Blue Dream". Upon entrance, you will find yourself in our open concept living, dining and kitchen area, greeting you with its unique, welcoming flair, surrounded by windows and a sliding glass door to the outside. The entire place has been decorated in an upscale, southwest style, with lots of colorful touches and flowing patterns as well as one-of-a-kind antiques and art pieces. It also has a ceiling fan. The eye-catchers of our living room are a customized weaving of a painting by famous artist Ed Mell, depicting Flagstaff’s majestic mountain, the San Francisco Peaks; our decorative antique parlor stove set in a custom-built fireplace niche; and an intricately carved and metal embossed coffee table. Sit back and relax in one of our red leather couches, log into your own streaming services on our big, flat-screen, TV and enjoy your favorite show! We offer high-speed Internet throughout the property at no additional charge as well! The dining area offers comfortable seating (for up to 8 persons) around a solid wood table, the perfect space to enjoy meals with your friends and family, a board game, or simply to hang out! Its wall is adorned with a limited edition Pendelton rug designed Native American women. All bedrooms are located towards your right, away from the living and dining area, at the end of the hallway. All beds have brand new super comfortable mattresses, so you can sleep tight and wake energized for a day full of adventures! You will find two bedside chargers for your personal devices in each bedroom. Each bedroom greets you with its own, uniquely themed charm, be it due to their captivating artworks or antique pieces of furniture. They all have one thing in common, comfort and beauty. The master bedroom features a spacious king-sized bed, a celing fan, and an attached master bathroom. It is the biggest of the bedrooms with a big closet, nightstands, and dressers for lots of storage space for your belongings. The master bathroom offers a double vanity with 2 Mexican Talavera sinks, a jetted tub with shower, and a toilet. Enjoy the intricate tile work throughout. It comes with a twin day bed with a twin trundle bed underneath. The huge walk-in closet offers lots of space for personal belongings. The room even has a small, antique desk with a flip-down workspace for your laptop. Perfect for home office or homework. Each of the two remaining guest bedrooms comes with one queen-sized bed. The first is our spacious patio at the main entrance with comfortable seating around a round table; the perfect spot to take in the lovely views our neighborhood has to offer. The second is a sandstone patio in a big backyard with additional outdoor seating and a BBQ grill, ready for your use! Enjoy burgers, and your favorite drink, in this peaceful and relaxing native ponderosa landscape setting. You have earned it! Guest will have access to the entire place except for the garage, and one closet. Other things to note Please feel free to get in touch with us, we are happy to help you plan your trip by providing personalized information and suggestions on activities in the area, sightseeing destinations, places to eat, and much more! Let us help you explore all the beauty Flagstaff has to offer. During the summers, with night time temperatures always in the 50's or below, and day time temps rarely reaching 90 F, please open the windows and sliding door at night (yes, they have screens) to allow you to enjoy the pine scented mountain air, and close the windows and screen doors during the days. Feel free to use the ceiling and portable fans if needed. We offer multiple, eclectic, wooden kitchen items, such as decorative bowls. These are not dishwasher safe, we appreciate our guests washing them by hand. Minding Flagstaff's pride about being the first International Dark Sky City, please turn off all outside lights when not needed and enjoy spectacular night sky viewing right from the outside of this home. Please let us know in advance if you need access to our EV charger. We do not allow smoking and will charge a non-compliance fee of up to $500 for any signs of non-compliance. The homeowner uses the garage as a pottery studio. Our guest's stay will not be interrupted by this, the garage has its own separate entry.
