Explore historic downtown Wilm shopping, coffee, restaurants, antiquing or pack up for a day at the beach! The space This home is great for gathering in the kitchen, relaxing on the couch, enjoying a neighborhood walk and conveniently exploring the beauty of Wilmington. This home is our personal space and has been curated with care. We love to relax, entertain and visit with loved ones in the open space. We hope that you’ll make yourselves at home, enjoy it as it were your own and leave it in a similar condition as you found it. Thank you for sharing this space and experience with us! There is a pack and play, toddler bed and a stroller in the house. We’ve hosted many group vacations, reunions, wedding parties, girls trips, etc. The shed out back has been renovated into what we call the "Casita," Little House in Spanish. From time to time, the owners or friends may stay on property in the Casita but will not access the house, driveway or backyard while guests are there. Guest access You'll have access to the whole house, there are two bedrooms and two baths downstairs. The attic upstairs, has been built out and contains two beds. There is also an area upstairs excellent for a kids play area. There is surveillance equipment on the property, outdoors only. The owners jeep stays housed in the driveway, you may park in the drive way and block it in. Other things to note TV - The TV in the living room has RoKu -including Netflix access. The TV in the Master bedroom has a tuner to get local channels
