Apartment information ◎ This luxury apartment there are 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathrooms and 1 toilets. ★ 1st bedroom there are 1 double bed. ★ 2nd bedroom there are 1 queen bed. ☆ Living room there are 1 big sofa bed and 1 dining table come with 4 seats. ☆ Kitchen room come with basic kitchenware and basic tableware. ☆ Laundry room there are washing machine and dryer machine. ★ So in total you will get 1 queen bed, 1 double beds and 1 big sofa bed. 3. Guests can park only in the parking lot [No. 4] on the first floor of the apartment. Guest can not park at any other parking lot. However, the entrance of the apartment is not the same as the entrance of the parking lot. Please ask our staff in advance. You can check in by yourself. We can not meet you in check in time. Please read our check in detail and our guide before your travel. Please plan your trips carefully. If you have any question, you can ask us in advance for confirm your travel. Please check out before 11 a.m. Guest can not leave luggage after check out. If guest leave luggage after check out, guest might get an extra charge because it will make the cleaning staff can not clean house and let them work difficulty. 3. Our apartment there are heater for warm inside the room. Please do not set temperature more than 26-27 degree. Because if temperature too high, air conditioner will error and there is no hot air come out. Please wait for a while. After check everything. The room will slowly warm up. It will not warm immediately. If guest do not sure about it, please take picture air conditioner remote control and send it to our staff on Airbnb. 4. Our place there is only 1 free parking. If guest use more than 1 car, please park car at nearby pay parking. Guest can ask our staff for more information. ＊ Please noted that guest can park at parking lot number 4 only. Guest can not park at another parking lot. 5. This apartment is managed under the permission of Japanese government. It is an accommodation run officially. According to Japanese law, I need to ask all of my guests to submit a registration form by check in with our tablet. We also send you email about check in information before your check in date, please follow this information inside email and do every instruction and provide information that we were requested. After that you will get check in code. 6. If you want to throw away large items such as old suitcases, please inform me first since it is not free of charge. 7. My cleaning staff will take care of your garbage after you check out. So please DO NOT take out any of your garbage outside the room, and DO NOT leave them on the balcony/veranda. Please tie up all your garbage for easy disposal. Long-stay guests who wish to remove the garbage from the apartment can message us and we will help you with garbage disposal. If the trash is full, please inform us only. You can not take it to outside the house. If you do like that you will be charge from government. 8. In winter time (from November to March), I recommend you to buy special steel bites for your shoes to prevent from slipping on icy roads. They really help! You can buy them at Lawson in New Chitose Airport or most convenience stores in town. Roads get very icy and slippery in snowy Hokkaido, so please be aware and prepared! 9. Prohibited to smoke inside the apartment. If our cleaning staff can notice there is cigaret smell inside the house, guest might get extra charge for clean the house and remove the smell from the house. 10. If the facilities in the room causes loss or damage, as well as soiled bed sheets and beds, compensation shall be made according to the price. 11. Everything in the room can only be used here and cannot be taken away. 12. When nearby the listing, take care not to disturb the neighbour. Please don't make loud noises, no partying or any other type of loud behaviour. - Quiet hours are from 9PM to 9AM. 13. Maintain the sanitation of the apartment. 14. Turn EVERYTHING off when leaving the apartment and lock the door. 15. Please do not visit the neighbour apartments or houses. 16. The listing is just an apartment, not a hotel. Please understand there are no concierge services, daily cleaning, room service, etc as there is in hotels. 17. Lastly, I simply ask you ( the guest ) to have consideration towards the house and The neighbours as if they were your own. 18. If you extend your reservation on the morning of your check-out date, you will have to pay the cleaning cancellation fee. Because we may have to pay cancellations fee because our cleaners may already be on their way to the apartment.
