The Wrought Iron Enclosed Screen Porch Offers Security and has Ceiling Fans & Plenty of Seating to Read a Book or Just Relax & Enjoy the View. There is a TV in the Living Room & TV/DVDs in Each Bedroom, all Connected to HD Cable with a Wide Selection of Programming. The Property Owners Reside in the Main House, however, the Guest House Parking & Entrance is Separate from the Main Residence which Ensures Privacy for the Guests. Guest access As a Guest, You will have Access to the Common Back Yard & Pool Area. Please Note that No Lifeguard is Provided & Children Must be Supervised in the Pool Area at all Times. As a Courtesy to the Homeowners, it is Requested That Use of the Pool be Limited to 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM, Unless Specific Additional Use Arrangements are Made. Other things to note Every Effort has been made to Provide a Quiet and Friendly Environment for our Guests with Privacy to the Extent Desired. Because this is a Shared Property, Similar Considerations are Requested from Our Guests for the Homeowners. You are Welcome to Invite Friends (Old & New!) to Visit During your Stay, however, Please Note that Prior Approval is Required if the Number of Visitors will Exceed Twice the Maximum Occupancy (8 Persons Total).
