Family house with rabbits - pet lovers only!

Large family house close to the city of Lund. 12 km biking distance to Lund along a designated bike path, busses every 15 minutes taking 20 minutes to Lund centre. Parking for three cars on the driveway. Bikes included in rental. Access to garden, sun deck, patio, trampoline and swings/slide. We have 2 rabbits who live in the lounge. If you choose to stay in our house you will need to feed them/empty their tray and provide them with a bit of company, so pet lovers only please! The space Bright, inviting home with wooden floors on a closed road. Living in the country but the city within easy reach. Adults and children’s bikes available. Garden with sun deck, patio, swings, slide and 4m trampoline. Private, calm space right in the centre of the village on a closed quiet road. Hot tub can be used at additional cost - please enquire to host. In the village 200m walk there is a supermarket, library, chemist, post office, doctors, bus station, Thai massage, take-away. 50m outdoor pool in the village open June to August. 3km to beautiful Skrylle nature reserve (http://skrylle.se/) with maps of hiking/mountain bike paths in the area (http://skrylle.se/bra-att-veta/kartor/). Two lakes (2km and 7km) where it is possible to swim. Directions can be provided on request. Wifi available in entire house and parts of garden. Ground floor: Fully tiled bathroom with toilet. Kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, kettle. Kitchen is new from February 2019! The rest of the house was fully renovated in 2017. Dining room with large old wooden table and piano. Lounge with access to toys (Duplo, railway, puzzles etc) and TV/apple box with Netflix. Large bookcase with children’s and adults books (in English). Indoor fireplace installed in March 2019. Basement: An additional newly renovated (July 2020) bedroom with king size bed and bathroom with toilet/shower. Gym equipment, washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs: Fully tiled bathroom with toilet and shower. Three bedrooms with high ceilings and original wooden beams opened to the loft space. Master bedroom with double bed and views over the garden. Twin bedroom with a loft bed (upper bunk bed) and an attic bed, both accessible by ladder. Double bedroom with double bed and ‘secret’ den built up in the eaves accessible by ladder. Please note that the stairs are reasonably steep (if you have small children). We have never had any issues with children aged one to ten.
