Our gorgeous two bed flat is situated in tranquil Maenporth, Cornwall. Free access to a 15 metre indoor pool, a jacuzzi, tennis court, and even pickle-ball! The beach is at the bottom of the hill below the flat. Situated at the very front of the exclusive Maenporth Estate, this stunning apartment offers direct uninterrupted views onto the ocean from every room, a large private balcony, a lovely covered outdoor patio and garden with rattan alfresco dining, deckchairs and family charcoal BBQ. The upstairs comprises of a loft-style, open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with large flat screen Smart TV. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need - even a popcorn machine! Both the master and twin bedrooms have wall-mounted smart TVs, direct sea and countryside views with direct garden access for morning coffee. The sunrises here are unforgettable! Each room has been newly updated with care and attention to detail. The property has reversed accommodation to maximise the outlook.  'Tamarisk' is decorated with a stylish and contemporary look. Our open plan, loft style living area comprises of a fully equipped bright and modern kitchen, beautifully decorated dining area and a spacious two-sofa lounging area with large Smart TV. From here, sliding glass doors offer direct access onto the large balcony. Elevated bistro style seating provides our guests with the perfect spot to take in the breathtaking views across the ocean and beyond. Perfect for watching the sunset or having evening drinks with friends and family. The sitting room has a bureau filled with fantastic games and books too! Both of the substantial ground floor bedrooms have been newly redecorated and feel bright, stylish and luxurious. The master bedroom has a brand-new king-sized bed with new Premier mattress, a wall mounted smart TV, sliding glass doors to the garden and breathtaking ocean views. There is also a large built in wardrobe, a chest of drawers and bedside tables with moroccan style lighting and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and loo. The second twin bedroom offers wall mounted smart TV, two full-sized single beds (also with brand new Premier mattresses), original artworks, wardrobe, drawers and the same gorgeous garden and sea views. The family bathroom is situated next door. The two bathrooms are modern and bright. The family bathroom has a bath with screen and overhead shower/WC, and heated towel rail. The outside patio and garden come equipped with large seated rattan glass topped dining table, a large charcoal Weber Kettle BBQ, incidental table and lounging deckchairs. Wonderful for evening ambience or daytime sunbathing with a good read. The golden sandy swimming beach, cafe and surf school is just a few minutes walk away down the hill below the apartment. The apartment comes with all inclusive access to Maenporth’s immaculately kept 15 metre indoor heated pool, a large hot poolside jacuzzi, a sauna, kids playground, football field, pool table, table tennis an all weather tennis court, two pickleball courts and basketball hoop…. Rackets and balls, beach equipment etc are all there for our guests to use too. For those that do not fancy the walk up and down the hill to the beach, there is a car park directly on the beach itself. It is free of charge off season and only £2 or £4 a day from March through to the end of October. Down on the beach there is a wonderful cafe with outdoor covered seating area and the opportunity to hire paddle boards, kayaks and surfing lessons and equipment. Guest access Visitors to Maenporth Estate each have access to an extensive selection of leisure facilities and activities included in the price of their stay. There is a fantastic beach cafe called ‘Life’s a Beach’ that serves excellent coffee, brunch and lunch. There is a new beach side Sauna in a shepherds hut for hire too! Its called 'Escape to the Sauna' and its proved to be a huge hit with cold water swimmers - visitors, locals and owners throughout the year! Walking and exploring: It goes without saying that one of Cornwall’s greatest assets is its South West Coastal path the UK's longest and best-loved National Trail. There are 6 official walks starting from Maenporth Estate taking in Rosemullion, Swanpool, Durgen, Helford Passage, Falmouth Docks and Pendennis Castle. You can pick up the trail on either side of Maenporth beach. There are countless walks exploring the area is gorgeous what ever time of year. The walk from the back of the cafe along the coast can take in local Swanpool Beach for a quick stop at the bar or picnic tables at 'Hooked on the Rocks'. From here you can continue along the path all the way into Falmouth and much loved 'Ghylly Beach'... Maenporth is a wonderful swimming beach on accounts that the cove is well sheltered and when the tide is low you can walk out quite far and stay in your depth. Perfect for families with kids... Great snorkelling around the edges of the beach - sometimes we even spot dolphins and the occasional seals in the bay! There are binoculars for you to use in the living room! Further afield: Local cabs are available for evening visits to nearby (3 miles) vibrant Falmouth where you can visit an extensive range of restaurants, bars and venues.Free and easily accessible parking next to the building. Please note that the entrance to the flat opens on to descending stairs that lead to the living area. The bedrooms are down another flight of stairs to the ground floor. Everywhere in Maenporth is walkable. A car is recommended for travels further afield. Other things to note Check in time is 3pm Check out time is 10am Rubbish and recycling area is in a large outhouse next door to the leisure centre. We offer a wetsuit washing area too behind the swimming pool. EV charging points are available for you to use. Please see instructions in the house manual...
