Antiche Pietre B&B nestled between lakes and mountains

The Antiche Pietre B&B is located on top of a hill rich in vegetation and vineyards, in the center of the morainic amphitheater. A stone's throw from the UNESCO site of Ivrea and just over an hour from Turin, Milan and Cervinia. Historical stop on the Via Francigena of Sigerico, an ideal place to relax between walks immersed in greenery and along the lakes of Viverone and Candia, both suitable for swimming. For food and wine lovers, there are some Erbaluce di Caluso wineries in the area. Mineral collection The space In our B&B in Bollengo, the rooms are large and spacious, 3 have air conditioning and some also have a balcony or terrace. All rooms are double and have a view of the front or back garden. Each room has a private bathroom (3 have one inside and one has one outside, but it is a very large and comfortable toilet next to the kitchen on the ground floor). The reservation concerns rooms booked up to a maximum of 4 double rooms (max 8 people, or 2 guests per room). So you can possibly share the common areas of the house (living room and breakfast room) with other customers who have booked through other websites such as booking. For example, if you have booked for 5 or 6 people, you will have 3 rooms available. Those who wish to have the entire house exclusively must necessarily reserve for the maximum capacity of 8 people regardless of the actual number of guests. Guest access You can access the property from the centre of the village of Bollengo along Via Ricca, turning onto Via Montebello and then onto Via Castello (a slightly narrow road with 2 sharp bends but where you can pass with a van up to 5 metres long); there is also the possibility of accessing from Via Burolo (ask the host for directions) along a partially unpaved road with 9 hairpin bends but wider. The property has a large private park, a reading room with a fireplace, an independent kitchen (if used, a cleaning fee and reimbursement of 10 euros per day will be charged, to be paid at the property), a breakfast room with a walnut table, a solarium, and a private wooden pine sauna (cost 25 euros per person, by reservation). Bedrooms are on the 1st floor reachable by two independent stairs. A bicycle shelter, free and protected parking is available, a bathroom also suitable for the disabled is on the ground floor. Other things to note We have a collection of stones and minerals that are recalled in the rooms and bathrooms - In the morning in the summer you can have a hearty continental breakfast (for a fee with a rate to be agreed) also on the terrace or on the stone table overlooking the valley.
