The space The villa is in the hill surrounded by fields and woods with open view over Val di Vara and Appennino in the distance. The location is ideal: you can visit, by car and public transport, Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Lerici, within half an hour, Tigullio and Versilia within 50 minutes, Pisa, Genova, within an hour. The area offers a lot of paths and routes for lovers of outdoor trekking, mountain bike. The house is located 15Km from La Spezia and nearest village is Riccò del Golfo ( 3 km), where there are shops, pharmacy, bank, laundry, supermarket. Guest access The house sleeps eight people there is a large sitting room and dining room, which opens on a large terrace, perfect for enjoying in the sun. There are 3 double bedrooms ( two of which have third bed). The kitchen has dishwasher, gas cooker, blender, toaster, vacuum cleaner, kettle. The washing machine is in the cellar. The garden is large and there are table, chairs, deck chairs and barbecue. The house is ideal for family with children and groups of friends. No smoking, pets with additional costs.
