Waterfront Serenity at Palm Beach

Our home is in a quiet street on the waterfront at Palm Beach. We have recently built a brand new home which is our permanent residence. We have designed the home to accommodate family and guests in the private, 2 bed, 2 bath apartment on the upper level of the house. Walk to Beaches, shops, restaurants, cafes and Burleigh National park. The space Our home is in a quiet street, yet very close to shops, restaurants, cafes, beaches and national park. We have recently built a brand new home which is our permanent residence. We have designed the home to accommodate family and guests in the private, upper level of the house. This separate apartment lies over the front of the house, whereas my husband and I live downstairs at the rear of the property. There is an internal door to the main home, but this is not accessible to guests. Access door for guests is on the left side of the property. The upper level boasts modern designed finishes and fixtures. The 2 x Queen sized bedrooms both have their own ensuite. The tv has Netflix. We also have chromecast if you prefer to watch from your smart phone. The lounge and kitchen face North and along with the raked ceilings, makes for a sunny, breezy area. Zoned ducted aircon and ceiling fans in bedrooms are installed. The Kitchen is stocked with an oven, stovetop, pots and pans, toaster, kettle etc if you decide to cook a home meal - supermarket a short 4 minute drive. Nespresso coffee machine is also provided. A starter set of Tea and coffee is provided. Luxury bed linen and towels supplied. You are able to bring your own small boat and park it in the canal at the back door. Plenty of on street parking. ENTRY - Guests will access through a security gate ( codes provided on day of check in) and make their way to the left side of the home where there is a coded private entry to the apartment. Please be aware that their is a steep internal stairwell. 30 steps from the back door and you can dip your toes in the water or cool off for a swim in the clear tidal water. There is an easement next door and it is lovely to sit and cool off under the trees and watch the sun set. Bring your fishing rods or paddleboards! 2 minute walk to Tallebudgera Creek and 900 metres to patrolled surf beach. We are spoilt with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants at Palm beach and famous Burleigh Beach with shopping and restaurants a 4 minute car ride or a 3km walk away. A Woolworths supermarket along with bakery, chemist, bottle shop and various takeaway shops is 2.8km from the property. GETTING AROUND Walking is the preferred way of getting to the beach. There is a bus service 400 metres away. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Our property is adjacent to a narrow easement onto the canal. Feel free to relax under the trees in the afternoon.
