Loft in Geneva

The perfect place to stay while in Geneva. A stylish and comfortable modern loft apartment with loads of character, original wood beams and views of the river Rhône and Salève mountain - only 10 mins from the main train station. The space Stunning, light, loft apartment full of character on the 6th floor (with new elevator) of an early 20th Century block in the Jonction area of Geneva. Beautiful wood beams and copious plants make this a perfect oasis above the city with views of the river Rhône from the bedroom and the Alps and Salève mountain from the front. Fully fitted kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower. Modern, bright mid-century modern living area and bedroom suitable for one to four people to stay. Tram 14 from a few steps outside the apartment takes you into the city centre in 5 mins and the train station in around 10 minutes. You can walk along the river to the side of Lake Geneva in around 15 to 20 mins. The UN is around 15 minutes away on bus 11. In the Jonction area there are 3 supermarkets and Lebanese, Italian, Mexican, Indian, French/Swiss and Portuguese restaurants within a 5 minute walk or less from the apartment. I love my apartment and am happy to share it with visitors to Geneva when I am away. Please note: to ensure good neighbour relations, when arriving and leaving with your bags please be discreet and if anyone asks - which is unlikely. - please just say you’re staying with friends. Please let me know if you need the airbed when booking. NB. The apartment has a spacious loft feel and there are no doors between the bedroom and the living area My only rule is to leave the place as you found it. If you need to unplug something please plug it in again before your departure. Please don't move furniture about. I'd rather you didn't smoke but if you must please stand next to an open window in the living room. You can enjoy a view of the Salève that way too.
