This house is an emblematic building of the Rationalist movement. The model and plans have been exhibited in several exhibitions. Designed by Josep Antoni Balcells, an architect belonging to the renowned "GRUP R," in the 1950s, it is characterized by its architectural simplicity, large longitudinal windows, flat roofs, and interior gardens. There is a public car park at the door of the Botanical Garden or in the urbanization of Sant Francisco (about 200 meters away). Other things to note It is strictly forbidden to hold meetings or parties in which people other than those staying in the house and in the swimming pool, except for immediate family members, enter the house and the swimming pool. For outsiders, special permission must always be requested from the property in advance.
