☼ WELCOME to the heart of the Nièvre, green country of white water! The house, typical of the region and with a cozy atmosphere, has a large equipped kitchen. The large garden, on the edge of the forest, offers a beautiful view of the Nièvre bocage. Linens (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels) are included in the price and, for your comfort, the beds are made upon arrival. The space IMPORTANT: The interior staircase configuration makes the cottage unsuitable for children under the age of eight. CLEANING INFO Cleaning is charged via Airbnb when booking. However, we ask you, in order to respect the premises and the people who take care of the cleaning, to leave the accommodation tidy and in a correct state of cleanliness. We provide cleaning products if you need them during your stay. DESCRIPTION OF THE GITE The house is composed of 4 rooms with a "cozy" atmosphere: -1 bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200), 1 large wardrobe, 1 dresser, 1 desk (WIFI access) and a flat-screen TV; -1 small bedroom with sofa bed that can be converted into a comfortable 150 x 200 bed; - 1 bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Guests can enjoy a large fully equipped kitchen to cook good dishes to enjoy near a good fire or on the terrace. Upstairs you will find a lounge with library, board games, flat-screen TV and Blu-Ray DVD player and home theater. The sofa bed offers a 150 x 200 bed. In the large garden, you can enjoy meals on the terrace, rest on the deckchairs or play a game of pétanque on the bowling green in the shade of the oaks. A charcoal barbecue is at your disposal. A locked shelter adjoining the house allows you to store bicycles. (Balls, Finnish bowling (mölkky), croquet game available on request.)
